About Our Band Members

The Guzzlers are the premier party band in Houston, Texas, that is comprised of band members who are true musicians. We believe playing keeps us young. Together, we have more than 200 years of experience. Book us for corporate events and weddings in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, and Oklahoma.

Get To Know Us

Wildeman is our front man who performs lead vocals. Wally Gator plays the lead guitar, Johnny Gator plays the bass guitar, and Velvet Mimms plays the keyboard. They also provide backup vocals. Bill Collin keeps our sound in sync on the drums.

How We've Grown

When we first started, we played a few cover songs and six originals. Since then, we have really grown to 15 original songs and over 600 covers.

Our Gigs

Our band has been the opening act for many big names in rock, country, and blues. We played in many of the big clubs and bars including the Livestock Show and Rodeo, Minute Maid Park, and Horizon Theater just to name a few.

Our Philosophy

Many bands don't realize that when they play, they are playing to their fans. Other bands play what they want, but we play what our fans want. Performances are all about people coming to see you. Making people feel good inspires us. We want to make our audiences happy and have them up dancing for every song. Our goal is to help you forget your troubles in your life.
